They discussed the state and future of classics, including the cultural & literary implications of placing Plato, Sophocles, and Greek and Roman history at the center of the Western canon. The event was hosted by Intelligence Squared and featured opening and closing performances by FLS+, the team behind the Broadway hit Freestyle Love Supreme.
